Come get your car washed by the Carolina Rollergirls on Saturday, September 15th from 1-5pm! The rollergirls will scrub down cars, trucks, tandem bicycles, motorcycle sidecars—you name it!—at Village Motor Werks for their garage party benefitting The Hope Center at Pullen. In addition to the car wash, there will be entertainment from the Yard Dawgs Band, door prizes, and kid-friendly food options.
The Hope Center at Pullen is a Raleigh-based nonprofit organization that works with the chronically homeless and young adults at risk of homelessness as they exit the foster care system. The goal of the Hope Center is to remove barriers to opportunity through personal and community partnerships. See their website for stories of how they have connected Raleigh residents to jobs and housing.
Village Motor Werks is a local garage and sponsor of the Carolina Rollergirls dedicated to safe and affordable repairs and giving back to the community. Join the Carolina Rollergirls on September 15th in support of this awesome local business and a great nonprofit! If you can’t make it, contact the garage to make your tax-deductible donation prior to the event.
