Come to Wheels on Sunday, March 23rd at 5:30pm for the very first Triangle rivalry: Durham vs. Chapel Hill. Call it what you will—Tarheels vs. Devils, hipsters vs. sellouts, that awful city vs. that amazing city (you know which is which)—this is a rivalry the whole Triangle can get behind. Durham was named the South’s tastiest town by Southern Living, so you know the Durham Crash are properly nourished, hydrated, and ready to rumble. Those are not even euphemisms, but this is: these ladies can cook, so you know they can scramble another team with their eyes closed. But the Chapel Thrillers bring the tenacity of the undead, and they hail from the hometown of a notorious Halloween celebration that shuts down parts of their city.
