Do you want to see your favorite ladies this weekend? Have you been curious about what’s happening in Durham or just love Durham?? You’re in luck! This Saturday the Carolina Rollergirls are hosting the First Annual Durham Pub Crawl. It includes five awesome stops.
First stop, Sam’s Quick Stop. This lovely establishment is a Durham staple. If you’ve been to this place, you know how exciting this library of brewed goodness is. They’ll be getting the party started by graciously tapping an Epic keg for us. Any day of the week this store will not disappoint your thirst curiosity.
Second stop, The Whiskey. One paragraph is not enough to describe the magic that goes into the drinks and experience of this place. Every detail is crafted, every member of the staff is thoughtful. It’s one of the best places in Durham to enjoy bourbon, rye, scotch – whatever your flavor.
Third stop, Bull McCabes, what’s not to like? The patio tables are a wonderful attraction for tasty treats but certainly inside has plenty to offer. This is a true international affair. If you love rugby, or futbol, you’re in luck, this is the spot to be.
Fourth stop, The Fed. Famous for fantastic food and daily specials the Fed is a local destination that boasts good times all the time. This talented group of foodies never disappoints. Be sure to try their desserts.
Fifth and final stop will be at Geer St Garden. This is a favorite. A lot of us go to Geer St on Sunday “funday” after practice for some delicious fried okra or the very popular arugala salad. We’re sure if it’s not that the sangria will keep you coming back time and time again it’s the wonderful, friendly staff.
This bar hopping bonanza is a first for the Carolina Rollergirls and is sure to be one that Durham won’t miss or crave once it’s over. Come out and support these wonderful pubs and your favorite badasses.
