Then, put those edges to the test and start using them in your pack play. Work on paired blocking, backwards blocking skills, geometric derby and more!

Note that different skill levels are welcome, but you must have passed the WFTDA minimum skill requirements, be over 18 years old and contact-cleared by your league.

Please bring: black and white shirts for pack drills, a water bottle/sport beverages, and snacks if you need them. Our floor is rough concrete, so bring an assortment of wheels.

A bit about Roxy Rockett:
Roxy started her derby career with Carolina Rollergirls in 2004. Roxy loves to train skaters and give them one-on-one personal feedback so they can take their game to the next level. One thing that Roxy can promise you will get out of her training sessions, is that you will take home at least one new tool to add to your derby tool box.
A bit about Elektra Q Tion:
Q has been skating since 2009, and loves being a team player. Her philosophy is, “Derby is a dance, and we all need partners.” When she’s not playing derby, she blogs about derby – and the things people think, but are sometimes scared to say out loud.
